… do not haze. Phi Tau believes in positive not negative motivation of associates through teamwork with each other and the membership.

… do not have all night, pledge only house cleanings. Phi Tau has group house cleaning on Sunday night from 8 to 9 p.m. where the membership and the associates learn to work together.

… provide you with opportunities for on-campus involvement and leadership roles.

… develop long lasting relationships with the brotherhood, even beyond graduation.  The brothers want the brotherhood to keep growing while keeping a close bond, and they will help you develop the bond of brotherhood.

… teach you the skills necessary to help you succeed in whatever it is that you are striving for.

… help you build and maintain a strong social and professional network, which will benefit you throughout your collegiate and professional experience.

… do not have heavy time requirements, Phi Tau does not want to conflict with your educational experience and therefore has a minimum time requirement.

…SCHOLARSHIPS

• The Beta Kappa CEG Fund provides a $250 scholarship to every member & associate member that makes a 4.0 GPA in the previous semester as a full time student.
• Virgil A. Richard scholarship is $600+ each semester to the Junior or above that embodies the values of Phi Kappa Tau and exhibits the best Brotherhood for the semester.
